Project Objectives
Click2Mail.com is looking to upgrade its existing platform and app suite to a newer technology Magento 2.0 and also to ensure consistent customer experience across all touchpoints of the platform, become device agnostic (across desktops, tablets and mobile devices) and make the transition across applications in the platform seamless through better communication strategies.
Workshop Objectives
A workshop was facilitated by the Design team of think design with all the key stakeholders from Click2Mail.com and i95 dev, the technology partner to understand, brainstorm and align everyone towards a shared strategy for the product
Members from the business, technology, customer support, design and other teams actively shared inputs on the objectives, vision and ideas for the platform, business and the customers through design thinking tools and mechanisms employed by Design team. Objectives were as follows:
